Corrected During Inspection Observed boxes of food on the ground in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. PIC stated they had received delivery that morning and made sure to place all boxes off the ground at least six inches. Food stored in prohibited area.

Observed torn gasket on the prepcooler under the MerryChef Oven at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
