Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice shoot on the pop machine to have build up. Employee tore ice shoot apart and cleaned it. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Did not observe paper towels at the bar handwashing sink. PIC placed paper towels by sink. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed a torn gasket on the mccall salad reach in and multiple torn gaskets on the make table in the kitchen. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
