Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up on the ice machine. PIC cleaned it.

3717-1-04.2(H)(2) / Temperature measuring devices - mechanical warewashing.
Repeat Irreversible registering temperature indicator not readily accessible for hot water mechanical warewashing operations. Observed the rinsing temperature not reaching the minimum temperature of 180F(82C). Recommended PIC to have it checked by maintenance and/or get a thermometer to run through the machine.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed the dumpster lids opened.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Ventilation system not maintained. Observed the vent cover above the utensils drying area by the 3 bay with dust accumulation.
