Observed no sanitizer at the time of inspection. PIC is to purchase new sanitizer before their next event. Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed a build-up of debris in the cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
