Critical Observed small step stool blocking the already tiny area for the handwashing sink at the time of inspection. Handwashing sink not accessible.

Critical Observed lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and mayonaise all without proper time stamps at the time of inspection. Improper use of time as a public health control (4 hours).

Critical Observed many flys throughout the kitchen and three compartment sink area at the time of inspection. Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests.

Observed mops stored improperly for drying at the time of inspection. Mops dried improperly.

Observed vents in walk ins and fan in the kitchen with accumulation of debris at the time of inspection. Observed dirty gaskets on upright Traulsen freezer at the time of inspection. Facility not maintained clean.
