Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Di not observe a thermometer inside the walk in cooler. PIC put one inside.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed grease and debris accumlation on the oven. Also observed build up in the microwave.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Repeat Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed the dumpster lids open.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed build of of grease underneath the fryers. Area underneath kitchen cooking equipment needs cleaning.
