| Complainant stated the facility does not have hot water and is washing the dishes with cold water. We went to the facility and talked to the manager. Observed facility has hot water. PIC stated the facility has a utility line that is broken and is leaking. PIC stated hot water is available but become less available after several round of dishes. PIC also stated the hot water is turned off when not in use and back on when in use. PIC stated the broken utility will be fixed. Facility should have hot water consistently without having to turn the hot water on and off and without running out after doing several rounds of dishes. A follow up inspection will be done to assure the issue has been fixed. |
