Observed a torn gasket on the top door of the True Refridgerator on the service line area at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed an accumulation of dust on the vent covers in the service line area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
