| 3717-1-04.4(J)/Mechanical warewashing equipment - wash solution temperature. Observed the dishwasher reading only 158 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Data plate states it needs to be minimum of 180 degrees. Instructed PIC to use the three compartment sink in the mean time. PIC stated the repair company would be out today to fix the problem.
