Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed no air gap from hose in mopsink. PIC corrected violation by cutting hose so had a significant air gap. Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet.
3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Observed one dumpster wihtout a draing plug at the time of inspection. No drain plugs in waste receptacle.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed peeling ceiling tiles and chipped ceiling tiles in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
