Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed cups at the hand sinks that were being used for drinking by food employees. PIC was made aware of the situation during the inspection and will discuss prohibited uses of handwashing sinks with employees. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed buckets of quat sanitizer with concentrations below the approved level due to the sanitizer dispensor not dispensing enough sanitizer. PIC will add additional sanitizer to the buckets to meet the required concentration until the dispensor has been repaired. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.

Observed a handwashing sink with soap that was not accessible due to a broken soap dispensor. No soap at handwashing sink(s).

Observed trays that were being used while still wet after washing. Equipment and utensils are not being air dried.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed deteriorated caulk on the hand sinks. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.
