Corrected During Inspection Observed mops being stored in dirty mop water. PIC removed from mop water and hung to dry. Mops dried improperly.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed a salad table stored in the kitchen. Spoke to the PIC, she stated that a work order has already been put in to have this item removed. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
