Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the handwashing sink the produce room to be blocked by trash cans at the time of inspection. PIC moved trash cans during the inspection. Handwashing sink not accessible.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed an open bag of romain hearts on the self service shelf in the produce reach in cooler at the time time of inspection. PIC removed item from shelf during the inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a package of bacon stored with the cheese department. PIC removed bacon at the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.

PIC moved these items and seperated them by cooking temperature. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the sprayer nozzles of the produce section of the store to have build up at the time of inspection. PIC removed nozzles and replaced with new ones. Equipment food contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-03.6(A) / Discarding/reconditioning unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented food
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed multiple dented cans for sale during the time of inspection. Refired beans, pasta sauce, enchilada sauce, carrots, black beans and peaches were a few of the cans that were observed dented. PIC stated they would have a staff memeber go through and pull all dented cans, per their policy. Unsafe, adulterated or not honestly presented food not discarded or properly reconditioned.

Did not observe a hot holding thermometer in the deli area which held hot chicken for sale and did not observe a hot holding thermometer in the front of the store in the self service whole chicken warmer. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Observed multiple coolers to not have internal thermometers at the time of inspection. The reach in coolers in the center isle and the salad cooler in the produce area. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a container of sprinkles to not have the common name of the product at the time of inspection. PIC marked the container during the inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

Repeat Observed a damaged door sweep on the truck deliery bay and service door. Outer opening not protected.

Observed the raw chicken walk in cooler to be leaking water at the time of inspection. Observed standing water in the walk in cooler. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Observed dirty fan vent covers in the walk in chicken cooler in the deli section at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed a mop not hung to dry in the mop sink closet in the back warehouse. Mops dried improperly.

Observed multiple celing tiles throughout the facility to be missing or damaged. Locations include: mens restroom in the front of the store, in the deli/ bakery, and on the floor by the popcorn and alcohol section. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
