Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed spices (black pepper, seasoned salt, salt) that were not labeled with the common name.

3717-1-04(A) / Multiuse utensils and food contact surfaces - material characteristics.
Repeat Equipment and/or utensils improper construction. Observed a styrofoam cup being used as scoop for sugar.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the vents of the walk in cooler.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed wooden shelves in dry storage needing sealing, painting or replacing.
