Critical Observed no towels or hand drying device at the handwashing sink. There was towels at the other sink in same area.
Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall provide hand drying by a means described in this rule.

Observed accumulation of dust on fan guards in walk-in cooler..
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
