Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed two hoses in the mop sink with an insufficient air gap at the time of inspection. PIC cut hoses at the time of inspection to create a sufficient air gap. Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed expresso machine in front area with debris buildup on non-food contact surface. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
