Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed muffins to be held past their disposition date during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. PIC disposed of them.

Corrected During Inspection Did not observe an ODH manager certificate or other approved training certificate to be on file during the time of inspection. Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

Corrected During Inspection Observed coffee filters to not be stored in an inverted fashion to protect them from contamination during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. PIC placed filters in an inverted fashion.

Observed torn gaskets on reach-in coolers near the carry out window during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Corrected During Inspection Observed there to be old time stamp stickers on outside of food bins during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. PIC placed them with dirty dishes to be cleaned.
