| I (Ashley Mitchell) went to the establishment (3/27) and spoke with Angie (Manager) she explained to me that a drain was backing up and there was stagnant water in the drain. The Waterworks was called to fix the drain. The company did a full cleaning of the pipes in the facility and as of now the pipes are properly working. I advised Angie that a restoration crew was needed to come clean the facility due to the sewage that was sitting stagnant, she agreed. The crew did get the facility cleaned and the smell subsided. I followed up with the Angie/McDonalds on 3/30 and the facility was cleaned and the problem has been fixed. |
