Critical Observed no consumer advisory at the time of inspection. PIC said he would have advisory printed on menus by next week. Consumer is not properly advised of the risk of consuming raw or undercooked animal foods.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed no towels available in all three hand washing sinks (behind bar, by the grill in the kitchen, and by three bay). PIC replaced towels for all three. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
Corrected During Inspection Observed single use to-go items stored improperly at the time of inspection. To protect single use items from contamination, PIC inverted items for continued storage.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed missing ceiling tile and displaced ceiling tile in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mop stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. PIC placed mops to hang and dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
