[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed debris in front hand sink during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Discussed with PIC that the hand sink is for handwashing only, and sink was cleaned out during the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection PIC stated to me that their hot meatballs and sauce were being cooled down and kept as leftovers to be reheated the next day during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Discussed with PIC that this activity is not prohibited under a level 3 license during the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed two sauce containers to not be labeled with common name during the time of inspection. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed lids for hot held meatballs with sauce to be dirty on the tops during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
