Corrected During Inspection Observed rinsing pasta in a 3 comp sink designated for wash/rinse/sanitizing pots and pans. In order to prevent cross contamination from dirty dishes/food cleaners from contacting food items, only rinse the pasta in a designated culinary sink. The 3 compartment sink should only be used for the dishwashing/cleaning/sanitizing process.
Operator removed noodles from 3 comp sink and rinsed and then rinsed in the culinary sink..
