Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed can opener piercing part to have build-up during the time of inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. PIC removed it for cleaning.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed spinach and mushrooms in the pizza make table to be held past their disposition date during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. PIC disposed of them.

Observed employee drinks on the table near the three bay sink during the time of inspection. Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Observed damaged door sweep on exit door during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.

Observed dough stretching area to not be kept up during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
