3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed non commercial microwave. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
3717-1-04.5(J) / Rinsing procedures.
Observed slotted serving spoon that was not properly rinsed. Utensils and/or equipment were not properly rinsed.
Washed utensils and equipment shall be rinsed so that abrasives and cleaning chemicals are removed or diluted through the use of water or a detergent-sanitizer solution and by using one of the procedures specified in this code.
3717-1-06.1(J) / Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system vents.
Observed missing vent cover in dishwashing area. Heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning systems were not properly designed and installed.
Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems shall be designed and installed according to the Ohio building code and so that make-up air intake and exhaust vents do not cause contamination of food, food-contact surfaces, equipment, or utensils.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed missing floor tiles in the dishwashing room. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
