Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed hot dog, broccoli and garlic bread date maked for 10/17 still in the cooler in the kitchen. PIC discarded them.

3717-1-05.4(G) / Storage areas, rooms, and receptacles - capacity and availability.
Corrected During Inspection Adequate area and/or receptacles for refuse, recyclables, or returnables not provided. Observed no trash can in the kitchen and by he hand sink in the kitchen. PIC put a trash can next to the hand sink.

Comments
Observed maintenance in the facility working on the dishwasher at the time of inspection. PIC stated dishwasher is not properly dispensing the sanitizer and they had maintenance come to take a look at it. Facility was still working on fixing the dishwasher. PIC stated the 3 compartment sink will be used until the dishwasher is fixed.
