Comments
Received a complaint stating that the customer allegedly got sick from eating the chicken nuggets from this facility. During the time of inspection I went through the process cradle to grave as it pertains to the chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets are pre-cooked and kept frozen in a freezer. When needed, the chicken nuggets are fried, then held hot. When needed, the chicken nuggets are scooped and put into a container which is put into a bag then served to the customer. The hot holding temperatures of the chicken nuggets after they have been fried was 156 degrees during the time of inspection. The scoops used to placed the chicken nuggets into the container were clean to sight and touch during the time of inspection, and they are washed, rinsed, and sanitized every four hours. I witnessed employees correctly donning single-use gloves and washing their hands correctly prior to donning gloves during the time of inspection. No violations as it pertains to the complaint were observed during the time of inspection.
