| Complainant called in 6/17 stating eating at this facility and observed mold in the salad that was served. We went to the facility and talked to the manager about the complaint. Manager stated they get their produce from Sirna & Sons. Did not observed mold in the salad in the make table and walk in cooler. Observed salad bags in the walk in cooler that were separated to be returned because of turning brown before the expiration date. Manager stated salad to be returned are segregated and are not being used. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
