| Complainant stated the kitchen has a bad infestation of mice and roaches and that they have not hired an exterminator. The infestation is spreading into nearby offices. Conducted a full inspection of the kitchen on 1/13/17 right before we received this complaint. I did not observe the presence or evidence of mice and roaches. Person-in-charge stated Pauls Exterminating, Inc. provides monthly spraying in the kitchen. Past exterminating reports were satisfactory. |
