| Note: Responding to customer complaint received yesterday. Customer stated he ordered two Philly Bacon Steak Subs, when he arrived home to eat one of them, he found a bug/fly inside that bit him. During complaint investigation, inspector observed that the service windows are only opened to serve customers at this drive through facility, there is no sit-down area, no doors propped open. A total of three house flies were observed during inspection, but no insect/biting insect infestation apparent. |
