3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed large dumpster in the parking not without a lid or tarp on it during the time of inspection. Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. PIC stated they would get a tarp put over it and that the dumpster would not be there much longer.

Received a complaint stating there was a large dumpster with no tarp or lid on it in the parking lot that was causing birds to get into it and make a mess in the parking lot. Upon arriving, the dumpster had no tarp over it.
