Corrected During Inspection Observed an ash tray containing cigarettes in the kitchen during the time of inspection. Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area. Employee removed the ash tray.

Corrected During Inspection Observed wiping cloths not being stored in a sanitizer bucket during the time of inspection. Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Employee put wiping cloths in a sanitizer bucket.
