[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
The external thermometer that the kitchen staff uses to track the temperature of the walk-in freezer is reading incorrectly. The internal thermometer should be used instead.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed the walk-in cooler at 44F. Proper temperature should be below 41F. The external and internal thermometer both read 44F. TCS food all measured 40F or less. TCS food was moved from walk-in cooler to reach in coolers. TCS can not be stored in walk-in cooler till the unit is fixed.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Correct By: 14-Dec-2015

Inspection was requested by Winnie Brewer of Marion City Schools due to poor attendance on Thursday. The inspection consisted of Ryan Allarding and Tyler Pigman from Marion Public Health. Lindsay Hawkins was the PIC for William McKinley Elementary. Winnie gave us the food menu from Wednesday. The menu consisted of Milk, Dragon Juice, Green Beans, mixed fruit cup, and Domino's pizza. The milk storage unit was checked and it measured 40F. The two self serve milk coolers measured 40F. All milk coolers had internal thermometers. Green Beans from GFS. Green beans are taken from can and put in pans. Pans then put in steamer to cook. No Green Bean cans were available. Green Bean pans and storage of pans were observed clean. Steamer was in working condition. Green beans then placed on properly working steam line. Mixed fruit comes in can from GFS. Mixed fruit taken from can and placed in individual cups. Mixed fruit cans were unavailable at time of inspection. Dragon juice comes from GFS. It comes in frozen and then thawed in walk-in cooler. The pizza from Domino's was all pepperoni pizza. The PIC stated pizza temperatures are checked upon receipt. She said it also comes in to separate orders. The hot rinse sanitizing dishwasher was observed working properly at the time of inspection. The Domino's registration for Food Safety was not available at the time of inspection. Domino's must call the Ohio Department of Agriculture Division of Food Safety for this registration.
