| Complainant stated a women is brining her dog inside the store. Complainant has talked to a manager. The manager replied that he couldn't do anything about it (5/14/17). Complainant stated he filed a complaint on Kroger's website. They expressed their apologies and that the division manager would take care of it. On (6/1//17) the complainant stated he saw the women with the dog again. He filed a complaint. Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. She was unaware of a complaint. She stated service and patrol dogs are the only animals allowed in the store. |
