Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed raw eggs being stored over ready to eat product. PIC moved eggs to the bottom shelf in the cook line make table at the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice scoop handle in the ice at the time of inspection. PIC took ice scoop to be washed at the time of inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the 3 bay sink to have no sanitizer concentration at the time of inspection. PIC drained the 3 bay and did not refill, as they stated they would not need the 3 bay at that time. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection observed the dishwasher not dispensing chlorine santizer at the time of inspection. PIC primed the unit and it began sanitizing the equiptment at the time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed multiple items in the walk in fridge without a date mark. (Cut onions, cut peppers, guacamole, lettuce) PIC went through and placed dates on all product during the inspection. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed bleach and another bottle of santizer stored next to the taco shells at the time of inspection. PIC moved these items away from food product at the time of inspection. Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed two spray bottles of chemicals not labeled at the time of inspeciton. PIC labeled both bottles, one being dish soap water and the other being sanitizer at the time of inspection. Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed the wrong sanitizer test strips at the bar at the time of inspection. Gave PIC the correct test strips during the inspection. No sanitizer test kit available.
