Repeat Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed damaged gasket on the walk in freezer door and the dairy cooler door.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the vent cover of the dairy cooler.
