Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed missing thermometer in all walk in coolers (produce, deli, meat) and in the grab and go cooler. Also did not observed a thermometer inside the chicken hot holding unit.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed rusty shelves in the walk in coolers.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Mops dried improperly. Observed wet mop stored inside the bucket.
