Repeat Observed a seal on the milk cooler that was torn and dirty. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed a door sweep leading to the back dumpster area needing replaced. Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, or returnables not maintained in good repair.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Observed a slice and a shredder that was not being used in the kitchen. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Observed dirty vents in the freezer unit. Ventilation system not maintained.
