Critical Observed the dishwasher to not be dispensing sanitizer at the time of inspeciton. Informed PIC to use the three bay to wash rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils until the dishwasher can be fixed. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed.

Corrected During Inspection Observed mixed vegetables in the reach in freezer without proper protection from contamination at the time of inspection. PIC through them out. Improper storage of food items.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed a build up of debris on the gaskets and doors of the coolers at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
