Comments
Complainant stated he ate two roast beef sandwiches and a chocolate turnover on 3/7/16. An hour after he was vomiting. He also experienced diarrhea, slight fever and stomach ache. He vomited a total of 17 times. His symptoms stopped around 11:30am Tuesday 3/8/16.

Upon inspection, roast beef was at 140F. PIC stated turnovers are baked for 20 minutes and are kept for 7 hours at room temperature. Proper date marking was noticed. At the time of inspection, no violations were noted.
