Observed debris under the pop machine and also the outside of the nacho machine has spillage on the outside. All equipment shall be cleaned to sight and touch avoiding cross contamination. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
