Corrected During Inspection There were two containers of TCS foods that were date marked, but held in use longer than the permitted 7 days. Foods whose label read "Refrigerate after Opening" mean that the container has TCS foods inside and must be used/discarded within 7 days of having been opened. Operator discarded the two items (Cole slaw dressing/ Mayo).
