Corrected During Inspection Observed no thermometer in the walk in cooler. PIC put one inside. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Equipment, utensils, linens - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a set of keys stored in a drawers with clean utensils. PIC removed it.[51] Improper storage of cleaned equipment, utensils, and laundered linens.
