Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed missing thermometer in the milk cooler at the time of inspection. PIC placed a thermometer in the milk cooler. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Observed a water damaged light cover by the wearwashing area at the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
