Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed the two milk coolers in the kitchen with torn gaskets.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build inside the gaskets of the 2 door freezer in the kitchen.

Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed dumpster lids open.
