| Received a phone call that a customer saw insects and rodents in the back of the facility from the lobby while they were there. Customer also stated that they told a manager on duty an that the manager did not do anything about it. Upon arriving, I thoroughly checked for presence of insects and rodents. Along with this, I checked for any openings in which they could get into the facility, Facility also uses a licensed pest control operator. No evidence of insects or rodents were found during the time of inspection. |
