Food thermometer not readily accessible. Meat, deli and dairy cases only have externeal thermometer. Talked to PIC about getting thermometers for the inside.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed one glass cover of the Hussmann frozen meat case missing. PIC stated is was broken and a new cover has already beem ordered to replaced it. The case cover is temporarily fixed with a cardboard.
