| Complainant stated being at the facility to get pizza and noticed facility was unclean and employees were not wearing gloves when making pizzas. We went to the facility and talked to the PIC about the complaint. Did not observe facility unclean at the time of inspection. Did not observe employees making pizza at the time of inspection. Reviewed proper handwashing and no bare hands contact with ready to eat food with PIC. No violation was observed at the time of inspection. |
