| Note: Responding to inmate's mother's complaint about maggots in food. Inspector escorted by Rose Buchanan while conducting inspection of food preparation & food storage areas. No evidence of unsanitary conditions observed. About a month ago, one 'borer worm' was observed on one tray in the peaches(canned). Since then, all cans of peaches have been removed from this facility. No maggots observed during inspection. |
