Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed dented cans that were intended for use during the time of inspection. Food package(s) received in poor condition. Employee immediately threw them way.

3717-1-04.1(L) / Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices - accuracy.
Observed thermometer on the outside cooler nearest to the three compartment sink to be inaccurate during the time of inspection. Ambient air and water thermometers are not accurate.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed caulking around the dishwashing area to be chipped during the time of inspection. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.
