| Complaint stated getting chili's from the facility on 2/22/19 and found a dead fly inside the chili. Talked to PIC who stated the chili comes from Stigma pre-packaged and frozen. Chili is cooked by adding beans and chili base sauce from pre-packaged bags then adding water. PIC stated chili from 2/22 was inspected after complaint called by manager but no fly was found inside. PIC stated chili was still discarded. Facility has bug detectors that are glues based located in the kitchen and the dining area. PIC stated bug detectors are changed once a month. Did not observed dead fly or bug inside detectors at the time of inspection. Did not observed flies inside the facility at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
