Summer food program- old bus garage at the football stadium.

Complainant stated that the staff of the Rushmore kitchen do not wash hands. They prepare food with no gloves on and they eat food when they prepare it. They talk on the phone while preparing food and do not wash after using the phone. Complainant stated that they do not temp the food before she serves it.

I took the Rushmore staff and did a lesson on proper handwashing. We discussed different times they need to wash hands. I went over that any ready to eat food gloves are needed, no bare hand unless the product is raw. The new hand sink is 130F. PIC stated they put in a booster and it needs adjusted.
